Basic Training Live: Quality Lifestyle Fitness

Basic Training Live: Quality Lifestyle Fitness is 12-week fitness program featuring live daily workouts, Monday thru Friday, with JohnnyTheTrainer. With multiple packages to choose from, you can personalize your workout experience.  With the conclusion of a 12-week program, a new 12-week lifestyle fitness program will begin.

This revolutionary fitness program will help you create fitness & nutrition habits, that will help you improve your lifestyle.  Each day, Monday thru Friday, JohnnyTheTrainer will host 4 live workout sessions, over the course of 12 weeks.  The Quality Lifestyle Fitness Program will include a Fitness Training Log (nutrition plans not included but can be purchased separately).  

Live Daily Workouts:  Each day, Monday thru Friday JohnnyTheTrainer will host 4 live workout sessions, two in the am and two more in the pm.  Choose the workout session time that best fits your busy life.  Choose Lifestyle Package C, and have unlimited access to any workout session.

 Morning training sessions:  
5:30a to 6:25a
6:30a to 7:30a
Evening training sessions:  
                   6p to 6:55p
                   7p to 8p

Introducing "Whole Home Fitness":  With your Quality Lifestyle Fitness, Lifestyle Unlimited only, everyone in your home can train together, at no additional fees.  With one subscription, you and your entire family can train together and improve the health of everyone in your home.
